With Daniel and Matt’s combined experience in real estate investing, the Mortgage Industry, commercial real estate, and both earning a Bachelor of Science, Dual Emphasis in Finance & Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri - Columbia, they are educated in every facet of the transaction. Daniel began his real estate career in 2014, coming from a background in the Mortgage Industry.  In 2023, Daniel was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters. Acknowledged for his hard work and dedication in the industry, Daniel is a 2-time recipient of the “Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award” and a recipient of the "Five Star Professional Award" by St. Louis Magazine. In 2019, Daniel was nominated for and awarded Coldwell Banker's Top 30 Under 30. While this list is open to Coldwell Banker members worldwide, Daniel was the sole representative for Missouri. Nominees are chosen from the brand's network of over 92,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,100 offices in 44 countries and territories.

Matt has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. During his time in commercial real estate, he analyzed lease documents and property financial statements, which developed his keen attention to detail. Matt has built his career around exceptional customer service and market knowledge. He enjoys living an active lifestyle, and spending time with his friends, family, and community.
