Since then, he has sold over 500 homes for over $160,000,000 in total sales volume. Acknowledged for his hard work and dedication in the industry, Daniel is a 2-time recipient of the “Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award” and a recipient of the "Five Star Professional Award" by St. Louis Magazine. In addition, Daniel was nominated for and awarded Coldwell Banker's Top 30 Under 30 for 2019. While the list is open to Coldwell Banker members worldwide, Daniel was the sole representative for Missouri. With his experience in real estate investing, his background in the Mortgage Industry, and a Bachelor of Science, Dual Emphasis in Finance & Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri - Columbia, he is educated in every facet of the transaction.
