St. Albans or Saint Albans is located in Boles Township Missouri and is nestled just southeast of the Missouri River close to the Engelman Woods natural area and south of Dr. Edmund A Babler Memorial State Park. This small historic community in Northeast Franklin County borders St. Louis County and offers high bluffs overlooking the river and the river valley.
